A deadly and predatory shark with the dangerous ability to hurl projectile acid at its victims terrorizes a tropical holiday resort. Director Cole Sharpe keeps the enjoyably inane story zippy along at a quick pace, treats the gloriously ludicrous premise with jaw-dropping seriousness, and stages the shark attacks with gory aplomb. This film further benefits from an attractive and appealing cast: Kabby Borders as the perky Eden, Christina Masterson as the sweet Audra, Michelle Cortes as the no-nonsense Erin, Bryce Durfee as the likeable Sam, Sean Samuels as the easygoing Zane, Quinn Bozza as infected medic Jesse, Jaime Wallace as the spunky Hayden, Cristina Jayo as the saucy Gabriella, Eric Etebari as greedy resort owner Reese, and Owen Saxon as jerky idiot Ryan. The plenitude of hot babes in bikinis provides a pleasing wealth of tasty eye candy. A total kitschy blast.

This was BAD...even by the SyFy channel's standards. Stupid dialogue, stupid decisions, horrible acting and just...wow... By the time the film was over, I was rooting for the shark.

Who employs, signs off, and produces these scripts? Why do the characters talk like English is their 4th language? This sounded dubbed, tho it wasn't, and most the cast is actually American. So what happened? The beginning fail from the guy on the bike sets you up for a disaster of a movie with not the most attractive chicks in bikinis, air head muscle guys, and a typical loud black friend. I don't think I focused on the TV more than 3 minutes the entire time I had this on.

If what you like are intentionally horrendous and moronic movies its a must watch. It fails across the board, specifically with the "poisonous shark" invention as the monster, the plot es simple and ridiculous and the cgi leaves a lot to wish for... The dialogue is terrible and robotic with teenager slang and expressions, stereotypical and plain boring... do not waste your time

A group of hard bodies work and play at "Bodies by Reese" resort, an island near Puerto Rico. We meet the characters, get the back story and pretty much know who the "final girl" would be, should there be one. We are also introduced to the shark who kills people with a toxic substance that comes from its "blowhole" (I didn't create the story). In order to create danger out of the water, the spewing green slime has a "zombie effect" on people. The acting wasn't good. The plot had too many holes for a serious horror and not enough humor for a comedy-horror. On the plus side there were pretty girls in bikinis from stem to stern. Better shark movies out there.

This movie has some great one-liners and truly hilarious scenes, none of the acting was hokey, scenery was enviable, oh, and there's a toxic shark problem!

I've watched a lot of low budget films, but I gotta say... this is THE WORST shark movie EVER! Next to Avalanche Sharks and Sharknado. The acting is okay... if they were aiming to scare a bunch of toddlers. The graphics was disgustingly bad, and the dialogue was vomit inducing. If I could give this movie a 0, I would. The most annoying thing ever was the plot... because there was no real plot. It's a bunch of half naked idiots on a beach, getting attacked by an extremely large "toxic shark" that is apparently able to swim in the shallowest part of the beach(so basically, it's swimming in the sand). The only beautiful part of this bad excuse of a movie, is Puerto Rico itself. Other than that, it's just bad. Don't watch it! Save yourself and watch literally anything else.

You know what you are getting before you watch this so it doesnt need much explanation - The usual Scifi channel malarky with questionable CGI , plot, story and acting. Surprisingly the black guy or fat guy DOESN'T GET IT FIRST! 1 extra star for adding in the zombie subplot. And another for some rather witty dialogue in particular the line "Social Media Spirituality" - that one had my sides aching and the crash and over the handlebars accident at the start of the movie propelled us into the abyss quite admirably! Pity the scantily clad ladees were not that attractive; obviously the budget went on the shark and its unfeasibly large zombie juice spouting snorkel. Quite funny in bits , watch it with the lads , a few beers and a few bifders and you will be smokin!
