Cinematography: Looks like it was filmed with a smartphone.
Script: Incoherent.
Eric Roberts looks like an 80-year-old meth addict.

Totally out of mind to see an US seaman to wear a modern tactical vest to make charge on a 88mm gun!!! OMG!!! It is also weird for a German U-boat to surface out of the water and engages in gun battle to an US transportation ship, where the hell are their torpedoes and the sub is led by a SS officer! This is simply one of the stupidest film I have ever seen in my life. Strongly recommend to avoid it.
