More about fairies and dragons. It was good and my kids were entertained but they wanted more unicorn action. Fun story about friendship and a journey.

Not sure what possessed the directors or the producers to choose this title perhaps the studio has had the rights to it and said here you go but this movie is neither about fairies or unicorns so I'm not sure ? The elves do you have wings and there is a unicorn in it for like maybe a minute . Title aside this was actually a pretty good film the animation was stunning. The wolf and the bird were done so well adorable and alive .

My daughter is big into unicorns. There really isn't much out there that focus on unicorns so obviously I watched this based on the title. I even watched a snippet of the trailer and figured they were just saving the unicorns for the movie. So I figured we'd give it a chance because she also loves fairies. My kids all enjoyed the movie and I did as well. But are you kidding me with the title? Very very misleading. There are two 5 second scenes thag just show the unicorn. The unicorn has absolutely nothing to do with this movie. I loved the dragons. But maybe they figured little girls would be less likely to watch if it was dragons in the title instead of unicorns? I enjoyed the movie but it really irked me how misleading the title was.

I absolutely loved it! Directors of this movie, if you read this, could you please make a sequel for it about Sera and we see her and Jaro get together please? Oh, and you could add a male antagonist from Sera's past.

Good vs. Evil THINGS I LIKED: VERY colorful and magical world-building. It's simply gorgeous to look at. Some humor, mostly in visual gags. The food looks fantastical and delicious. Girls will love the beautiful wings and outfits. There are a couple of musical moments, although they're not very memorable. I wish I could fly! There are adventures and a mission to do what's right. If I were a little girl, I'd go nuts for the merchandise of this movie THINGS I DIDN'T LIKE: There is a LOT of exposition during the entire movie, which is necessary because this is a world we know nothing about. Unfortunately, it's still hard to understand what's going on in the beginning. What's the point of a twin sister since they don't look alike? Why not just say she's a sister? Why would the fairies ever walk if they could fly? Some of the voices don't match the appearances of various characters. The unicorn plays a VERY small role in the movie, so the title doesn't seem to fit at all. Of course, it DOES attract young female viewers, which is probably what the studio wanted anyway. What a joke. My daughters were so excited about the unicorn and it's in it for 1 minute of a particularly average film. DON'T LIE IN A TITLE TO MAKE MONEY!!!

This movie is simply beautiful to watch. The quality of animation is amazing. It is sad that many people don't know about this, but this movie deserves the same recognition as frozen. If the story was a bit more emotional and well written as well as Titling it correctly would have made this a popular movie. There is literally less than 20 second screen time for the unicorn. The good Queen and the blonde princess are really beautifully created.
