I can actually say that the sequel lives up to his expectations as 2 part 1. Yeah part one might be a tiny bit better but it's only buy one or two point it is seldom that there's ever a part 2 that's anywhere near as good they did a very good job there was a couple issues I had with it but because they may have acknowledged it by telling the best story at the end. There needs to be more movies like this. Oh and by the way, it's an actual scary movie not just jump scares and guts and blood spilling all over the place is actual horror :-)

I love horror anthologies and the negative reviews here are unfortunate because there is a moral in each story. A historical/political/socioeconomic satire, if one would say. They even hit the Kavanaugh accusations before it became a thing. So I watched it expecting a horror, but was delivered a message. The original from Snoop Dogg did the same. Thank you to all involved for not holding back the punches! Keep the TFTH anthologies coming!

Watched too many horrors which soley revolve around social media in recent years, movies I struggle to make it through. Either that or haunted house pg13 horror which equally bore the pants of me. This movie turned back the clock to 70s/ 80s anthology style comedy horror, but was a welcome return for me. Yes alot of it is very cliched and many may find it offensive, but thats horror. Apart from a few cliched phrases which would have made Freddy Krueger blush, I enjoyed it although the original more so. The anthology style I recognise from DC comics in the 80s whith series like Tales From The Crypt, and even earlier in the 70s with British director Freddt Francis. I am sure the destinct genre goes back further for those who care to look it up. It does again deal with African American socio- political issues, some of which many may find less relevant than others lol, but there is a wide political debate going on under the cover dressed up as shlock horror which made it funnier and more entertaining for me. I felt like sticking up for the movie anyway saying that its been critically panned by most reviewers.

Senseless stories, over-acting - stupid all over - what was this movie?

Mr. Beach (Bill Martin Williams) is a prison contractor and has created a killer robot with "RI" real intelligence. He has requested Mr. Simms (Keith David) to tell stories to the RI so it might learn. Simms tells four tales and then the film ends with the final robot story. The four stories have to do with Civil Rights, black history, and sexual predators. It includes vampires, dolls, spirits, and ghosts. I found the stories entertaining and in one case informative. The views of the film is anti-Republican and might be something you might hear as a student of Cornel West. It is very critical of black Republicans. Guide: F-word. No sex or nudity.

Oh my goodness, I could not wait for the sequel. I could not believe that the sequel was finally made. I wanted to see this film because the first movie was so good! The film had potential, but it fell flat as a tire. The writing is so terrible and the acting is so unbelievable. Stupid and more stupid! The Sacrifice was chilling with the actual newspaper clipping of slain teen, Emmett Till. I find the ending stupid because the man, who was married to a white woman, had to sacrifice himself to save his child and so Emmett could perish. I did not enjoy the hidden messages with interracial marriage and such. Emmett was lied on and his mother sacrificed and allowed his mutilated body to be seen, to let the world know the ugliness and brutality of hate had caused his death. I enjoyed the young actor that played the teen and I hope he is in other movies, plays, etc. The ending had the KKK in trucks that resembled WW2 trucks and it was awful. I will never watch the film again. I expected more from Spike and Rusty, big letdown!
