Highly biased documentary that conveniently leaves out information. Paints Putin as a noble leader but has no mention of his system of kleptocracy with the business leaders of Russia (oligarchs) and the resulting poverty Russians have faced for decades.
The documentary is a series of interviews with French sycophants who describe Russia as a victim of a unipolar world where US has been to blame for Russia's deficiencies. The notion that US, "bankers" were to blame for perestroika is a flawed argument, given the system had been constructed by Russians and resources in the country were privately bought by ex Soviet officials.
The narrative in the film about Russia being tolerant to all religions (especially Islam) is an absurd one - a quick Google search on the topic will tell you otherwise.
Interesting footage but overall a waste of time - very skewed views of the world which lack sound analysis.

This is an interesting Russian view of Putin right to reign. Be careful when watching this since is not an objective representation of facts, but a presentation of Putin's view.
