Why did they write the cops so dumb especially when they know a serial killer is on the loose targeting blonde women. Some cringy scenes with Seagal being loved by all the women which is in every one of his films. This series that also was turned into a movie series was both baffling, bland and unintentionally funny. It's at least competently made unlike alot of seagals projects. The other actors are TV actors but can at least act to some degree. George Takai is in it why? No Idea. Seagal needs to hire some good writers his films from 2000 onwards have been awful.
