Power of 1

Just what were they thinking with this "movie". It is probably one of the worst things I have seen in decades, fragmented storyline, completely ridiculous premise and the acting is some of the most painful I've seen. "power of 1" gets a 1 rating, ONLY because IMDB does not have a zero rating or -1. Also that finger in the air symbol is a gang sing for a handgun, nice image to put on a movie poster. Don't waste your time with this.

You can tell Power of 1 was executed by a crew and cast passionate about filmmaking. The exquisite attention to detail left us in total admiration. What made the story special was the escalation of events; at first, we were simply introduced to Justin's beautiful musical career, then the protest planning took on a threatening route with families and the government being implicated as well as terrorist activities😱 The scenario became thought-provoking with dynamic lines, assorted characters, intriguing storytelling, and should we add that the soundtrack was exciting, the camera angles engaging, and the costume design meaningful?? Power Of 1 questioned government operations and its richness of characters showcased corruption at the political level and public one. The film incited us to be courageous under fire, run against the wind, and stand for justice, as Justin said "a man who has no cause to die for has no reason to live for." A nice balance of drama, comedy, suspense, and foremost education. Alexx Ekubo, Ramsey Nouah, Annie Idibia, Bimbo Manuel & Emmanuel Degri outdid themselves! How can we forget the dubious character Friday who added a plus to the storyline🤣 A teeny weeny shortcoming was in the inconsistency of the color grading and timeframe of the protest Other than that, this movie is a hidden gem!
