An absolute well executed and amazing documentary! As a fan and reader of the 411 books the first documentary was OK, it give viewers unfamiliar with the 411 books a good idea of the phenomenon, however it jumped around far too much. This documentary however is everything I wish the first movie documentary was!! I believe Paulides allowed his son to take on a major part in the production of the 1st movie (understandable he'd want to help his son move his career forward) but he wasn't experienced enough nor possess the expertise or skills to carry a documentary that's grown to the magnitude of these story's and satisfy the interest of the followers of this phenomenon. Well done Mr Paulides, I hope you continue making documentaries of this quality pertaining to this issue. It really brought these stories to life

Had to watch it four times to get threw it. I love the books and his interviews. But the documentaries are sub par.

I expected something worthwhile and based on actual evidence. Everything was speculation and grasping for straws. A poor job from a so called detective. There is a hidden agenda behind this film and it severely disappointed me. What made it worse was being able to come up with plausible outcomes that this detective states don't have any other outcome, just that something sinister is going on. If you have any logical sense at all, you will wait for this film to come onto a free platform or not bother wasting your time. I wish I had researched this guy further before falling into the hype of this crap.

The only disappointment was that it didnt last long enough for me!! lol I'm not sure what trolls are posting crappy reviews? My Husband and I just finished watching it and it's just fantastic. Everything from the graphics, to the way they detailed the missing peoples locations on a visual map as they told the story.. the creepy interviews they did with very credible people...I'm gushing. GREAT MOVIE. Im a fan. I liked this film a lot more than the first-which was ok but definitely a step above in every category. I'm recommending to everyone I know.

A great documentary! It analytically explains the attributes behind the disappearances and investigates a select few missing cases in the documentary. And this is an unbiased documentary, with the main person keeping an open-eye on what could possibly be behind the disappearances. The documentary is mainly scientific-focused with a few paranormal references. Highly recommend to those wanting an insight onto the bizarre disappearances occurring at the National Parks!

It's been a good 3 years since the first Missing 411 film came out. While I remember seeing it, I'm fuzzy on the details, but I do remember that it seemed much tighter and focused than "The Hunted". I know I didn't come away thinking "what a fraud." One of the biggest problems with 411 2019 is that it violates the golden rule of good documentaries.... For almost the entire running time of the film, the focus is not really on the victims or their families, but on David Paulides and his "profile points" (none of which are very specific or precise... they are really just "commonalities"). It doesn't take you long before you realize that for the first hour, the filmmakers tell you the same story essentially five times, never once coming to any investigative conclusions. This is essentially the same as any amateur sleuth gathering together clues and then throwing up their hands and saying "beats me... but hey... I know it means SOMETHING... look... it fits this formula I just came up with!" To make matters worse, the last half-hour is filled with "paranormal" stories (and no plausible evidence) that seem to get to the heart of David's real speculation. And this is what makes this "doc" such a fraud.... not the fact that the paranormal stuff isn't presented strongly enough but that Paulides doesn't even have the conviction to state if he believes it or not! It's not chance that this stuff appears in the last reel. It definitely makes you wonder if the priorities were on documenting events or on safe-guarding reputations that may already be a bit shaky. But all this aside, this is a super-bore of a film. Even if the facts were compelling (they're not), it's so repetitively shot, narrated, and edited that, aside from some gorgeous scenery, you'd be better off watching a travel agent's VHS tape for what you can legitimately take from this film. I do feel very sorry for the victim's families... hopefully they at least got some of the revenue from this very over-priced direct-to-video scam.
