Kumar finds a black human skull with a puzzle etched on it, from his grandfather's room. Unable to make any sense out of it, he takes the skull to his trusted friend, Bimal, who is a professor of Anthropometry. Together, they decipher the puzzle, only to discover that it hints at an ancient Tibetan treasure hidden somewhere in the dense jungles of Neora Valley. Meanwhile, Bimal's brother, Hiranmay is Kidnapped by a shady secret society for some unknown reason, and taken to Lava. In order to satisfy their apetite for adventure, and to bring Hiranmay back safely, Bimal and Kumar sets out on an adventure of a lifetime. However, their quest gets much more complicated than they envisioned. Bimal and Kumar must rely on their wits and their daring heroics to outsmart the dangerous criminal Karali, survive the threatening terrain, and safeguard the legendary treasure from falling into wrong hands.

Adventure/Treasure Hunt movies are considered quite a rarity in the drama-driven industry of West Bengal; thus, to see someone's willingness to take calculated risks in this space always make me elated. However, to be fully compliant (and supportive) that venture needs to check certain boxes, hit certain standard; otherwise, they are nothing but futile attempts. And I'm afraid "Jawker Dhan" is one. Poor writing, a terrible script, and a horrendous display of acting plagued the ultimate outcome. Furthermore, the quality of the cinematographic output shocked me; most of the scenes (especially in the latter half of the movie) are poorly lit, overly contrasted, convey little to no significance, and don't even get me started with the camera shake, which was unbearable.

Please avoid this trash. Story line is trash, acting is trash, directing is trash and the riddles are the most pathetic thing in this film, i think the director was high on weed.

Though it received mostly negative reviews I started to watch the film mainly because I want to watch its sequel whenever it'll be available in any platform. Now, I think this film doesn't deserve all the negative reviews. Yes, some loopholes are there but it's watchable and also engaging. Didn't like the character of Rahul and his silly questions. Some moments are over dramatic. Liked the introductory scene of Priyanka and that scene reminded me of famous scene from Sholay, maybe they've given tribute. I don't think songs were necessary. Finally, it's A Small Okay Adventure Film By Sayantan Ghosal. Available on Amazon Prime Video & Addatimes. © MandalBros.

This movie is out of this world. This should be shown to aliens . They might enjoy it. This is so bad that even radhe is better film.

This movie was a pain to my heart , my mind and ofcourse my eyes. The story was quite alright but the direction is stupid , like never seen before . I mean why add songs in an adventure movie for no reason? Why cast so many people for no particular role ?

The movie can be rightly titled as Indiana Bones. The last scene is taken straight from a Indiana Jones movie. And why bones? Coz we saw Parambrata judiciously scrutinising an entire bone under a microscope. The movie opened up with a lot of promise but fizzled out as the movie progressed. Many of us would say that top notch actors were wasted in the movie, but we cannot deny...they gave us lots of doses of laughter with their literally out of the world acting.😆

A nice work, by the team of Jawker Dhan. I truly enjoyed the movie, making something of this sort within a budgetary limit is worth appreciating.

High class over acting from all the actors. Director had no idea as to how to tell an action adventure story. Non sensical sequencing of scenes. Typical bengali movie wherein a good story or idea has been completely destroyed. Everyone was more busy in protesting the Demonetization Policy rather than working on improving the script, acting and screenplay.
