The Power Game of Showbiz

The cast: You could tell with whom Bella was comfortable with, but most of the time she was stiff and acted like a robot. The others weren't better either. But it could've been the bad writing though. The story: the usual bad boy meets good girl thing. What more to tell? Lots of scenes put together, without an actual red thread. As it's a voltage production I assume it's a fanfic adaptation?! Overall, don't waste your time on this predictable movie!

This movie is best watched with sub titles and the sound off. The sound track is either copy right free or taken from Atari games from the 80's, its hard to tell. The actors did well and the story was worthy but just keep in mind the sound track is simply awful. Do yourself a favor and give this one a miss.

This movie is not capturing, the script was seen before in other moviesfrom the past. The actors seemed unprofessional therfore not a film I would recommend.

Why has every single 2021 movie that i've seen been absolute drek? I was watching this with a few other people had to stop this about 40 minutes in, no one was watching it, it was so boring people just stated talking about the current news and completely ignored the movie! I don't normally review things but i've just had to start because current day movies are SO BAD. Boo. Just boo.

I haven't seen anything this bad in a while. The acting was really juvenile. God bless the actors, at least they were all very pretty. The story was terrible and was barely coherent. I don't know who edited it but it jumped all over. The description made it sound like some kind science fiction/ time / quantum jump movie with a romantic plot but it was just high school drama. Speaking of high school, why not put these kids in college at least? It was bad.

It's corny, flat and easily predictable. The story is stupid, outdated, repetitive and cheesy. Screenplay is weak. With all its flaws, it's one of those guilty pleasure movies that are bad but also enjoyable.

Seems like all the reviewers were expecting some action or some superheroes here. Its straight a romantic love story. The locations are amazing and gorgeous, the story is pretty straightforward but well executed and the pacing of the movie is ideal to watch with a significant other. However there are some flaws in the acting: i know Benjamin Mascolo is making his debut here, but he seems so lost in his lines and expressions in every scene hes not with Bella Thorne (who carries almost all the movie). The mother of Vivien cries in an so fake way that gets almost cringey at points. Besides from that, expect nothing else but a sweet love story with complete elements (some sassy scenes there and there and some shots there and there). I truly enjoyed the film, expecting just what it is : a love story.

Why so much hate and negative reviews about this movie? This movie has a very nice atmosphere and a pretty awesome feel good side, especially with the two leads. I am an unconditional fan of Bella, she is from the new generation and all her movies are very trendy and on the edge of anything associated to feelings and personality., with always very nice soundtrack associated to her movies... Bella and Benjamin have a great chemistry in this movie. The pace is quite slow but it allows to feel as if you wish to substitute yourself to the leads in the movie. For the time being I have seen only a third of this movie but I will definitely give a go to the remaining... I just wanted to write a positive review so that to balance all the negative reviews. If you are into character development, love story, feelings, up and down moments, feel good atmosphere, reality, joy and few deceptions and time does not count much outside of the length of the movie, then go for it.! You will not regret it any minute... However, if you expect something else, then probably you will disappointed but at least give a try and disconnect your brain and try to live the movie as it was designed, not as you shall expect it to be... just finished the movie and came back here to revise to a perfect 10/10. Bella and Benji have great chemistry and they deserve to be a couple in real life, hope this will last forever for both of them. And a very nice soundtrack as well, where both leads sing the main movie track... And what an ending... ! Awesome!

Amazing chemistry and a great love story, it's such a bright beautiful movie.
